We had a brand-new double room facing city. Central heating, a work desk, and a TV were a bonus. The location was perfect and magnificent for walking around Moyua. And it was also near an amazing old monastery next door and centre of Bilbao.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice and the good coffee. The location was also convenient, with the old city and the Guggenheim within a twenty-minute walk in opposite directions. This allowed for easy exploration of both areas. the hotel was very modern and clean, which made for a pleasant stay.
To my experience at the hotel. the non-openable windows made the room feel a bit airless, especially since the air-conditioner was difficult to adjust.
